Shipping Time

Delivery times depend on the customer’s location, shipping method, customs clearance, and carrier performance. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided where available. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipments and reporting unreasonable delays.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

  • Public holidays

Risk of Loss

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting evidence so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
